Scholarship Application Information

 A portion of each member's dues goes towards the OU Club of Austin Fred Dupy Memorial scholarship.

We are proud to offer scholarships to incoming freshmen students from central Texas, in numbers and amounts determined each year by the Board. The University also provides a matching tuition waiver up to a certain amount, adjusted periodically.

The Scholarship is named after Fred Dupy who was a giant in the Central Texas OU Community. After his passing in 2022, the OU Club of Austin board voted unanimously to name the scholarship in memory of Fred. Fred served as president of OU Club of Austin for many years. He was a generous and kind person who wanted to help students achieve their potential at OU.
